As the deadline passed, the call for contributions is now closed.
We are looking forward to seeing the best of your new insights in network science at the International Conference on Network Science 2013, NetSci2013, in Copenhagen, Denmark, from June 3 to 7, 2013. The conference focuses on interdisciplinary research on networks from various disciplines such as economy, biology, medicine, or sociology, and aims to bring new network analytic methods from physics, computer science, math, or statistics to the attention of a large and diverse audience.
We thus invite you to submit a one page abstract including one descriptive figure and caption (mandatory) until the 15th of March, 2013, via our EasyChair submission link
Please indicate your preference for one or more of the following categories to present your research:
- Poster submission
- Regular talk
- Ignite talk
The program committee will assign the submissions to these categories at its discretion, following preferences as much as possible. Regular talks will be around 15 minutes plus discussion, to be held in up to four parallel sessions. The best contributions will be considered for a session of ignite talks, sponsored by O’Reilly. The ignite talks will be held in a single session in the main conference room on the last day. They are of a specific format, consisting of exactly 20 slides, auto-forwarded every 15 seconds. For examples, see http://igniteshow.com/. We expect a firework of new and exciting ideas to be presented in this last session of the conference. Be sure to be one of those distinguished speakers!
